The seedless Vaniglia orange is a blond, navel-less cultivar originating from a bud mutation of the seeded Vaniglia, which took place in the Ribera area and later spread throughout the production territory with the name of Ribera Vaniglia Seedless. This is the only variety of orange in the acidless category, because its acid content is between 0.06% and 0.15%. Although sweeter than all the other varieties of orange, (analysis of sensory profiles clearly shows a prevalent vanilla flavour), it has a low sugar content. This is a medium sized orange with fairly pebbled, medium thick peel, which is easy to remove. It can be picked between early December and April.  &nbsp;"}
