The A68G variety (acronym of San Giuliano) is a tangor resulting from the clementine crossed with the Cadenera orange, created in Corsica in 1966. The tree selected in 1977 and resulting from this hybridization is numbered A68. It is vigorous, with slightly drooping habit and large leaves, and is quite susceptible to fruit flies. The good-sized, pear-shaped, orangey-yellow fruit ripens between late October and early November, and is juicy but not very sweet.
